Yoga
3 years of
yoga! 3 years of Ashtanga and I’ve discovered my path though I’ve not always
been the best of students.
Yoga does
not only make our body more flexible but it also strengths our spirit. When
life’s harder, when we just want to burst into tears, let’s surrender ourselves
to the practice instead.
Mind, spirit,
body, breath!
It’s
possible to have true moments of freedom. I feel that every time I take a quick
stare at the mirror, I pick up my mat and I say to myself: Just let go of all
your worries.
Practice
regardless how you’re feeling inside.
Practice even
if you have to change your whole schedule just to have the time.
Practice no
matter what.
Enjoy the
sense of peace despite the sweat :)
It is
worthwhile!
