Creio que ainda não tinha abordado o tema da minha fé em Deus, mas talvez esteja na altura de o fazer. Depois de imensos anos dedicada à New Age e a uma panóplia de terapias holísticas, comecei a afastar-me desse caminho e estou a redescobrir a minha fé em Deus. Este ano iniciei o meu estudo na Bíblia. Ele não é sempre constante. Tem interregnos, avanços e recuos. Às vezes parece-me super certo, outras vezes tenho dúvidas. Mas apesar deste questionamento, esta fé tem-me trazido uma imensa paz. Lembro-me de ser jovem e achar que a Bíblia não fazia sentido. Hoje entendo que ela é o que é sem filtros. As descrições mais violentas ou chocantes foram vivenciadas e por isso fazem parte das Sagradas Escrituras, mesmo que nos parece estranho. Não há floreamentos para agradar. Aquele tempo era diferente do nosso em muitos aspectos e não podemos ignorar isso. Retrata pessoas reais que viveram a fé e que, também muitas vezes, desviaram-se dessa fé.
